Acceptance of Terms. By using https://damartowingcorp.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Damar Towing Corp markets and arranges Towing Services, Lockout Assistance, Battery Jump Start, Fuel Delivery, Winch-Out Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Damar Towing Corp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Damar Towing Corp may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Damar Towing Corp from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
